Enjoy pizza while keeping the carbs down? Easy with this low carb pizza recipe. It's the perfect gluten-free, low-carb take on a classic wheat-flour pizza. Just like any other pizza, you can vary it however you like, for example with fresh mushrooms, courgette, artichokes and rocket.

Ingredients

Servings
  • cottage cheese
  • grated cheese, e.g. Gouda
  • eggs
  • ground almonds
  • turkey breast, or smoked tofu
  • yellow pepper
  • onion
  • sun-dried tomatoes
  • salt, pepper, chilli powder, basil and oregano

Instructions

  1. Wash the vegetables and chop them into small pieces.
  2. Dice the turkey breast and mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, basil and a little chilli powder.
  4. Spread the pizza base out on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  5. Bake at 200C (fan 180C) for about 30 minutes.
  6. A fresh green salad goes really well with this pizza.
