Low Carb Pizza
Enjoy pizza while keeping the carbs down? Easy with this low carb pizza recipe. It's the perfect gluten-free, low-carb take on a classic wheat-flour pizza. Just like any other pizza, you can vary it however you like, for example with fresh mushrooms, courgette, artichokes and rocket.

- cottage cheese
- grated cheese, e.g. Gouda
- eggs
- ground almonds
- turkey breast, or smoked tofu
- yellow pepper
- onion
- sun-dried tomatoes
- salt, pepper, chilli powder, basil and oregano
Instructions
- Wash the vegetables and chop them into small pieces.
- Dice the turkey breast and mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
- Season with salt, pepper, oregano, basil and a little chilli powder.
- Spread the pizza base out on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Bake at 200C (fan 180C) for about 30 minutes.
- A fresh green salad goes really well with this pizza.
