We are Florian and Arno
We run eatmondo, the international home of Mein Ernährungsberater, our German coach directory, operated by Collective Brain GmbH in Hamburg, Germany. Alongside the directory we look after a growing collection of healthy recipes with honest nutrition facts, carefully adapted into English from our German originals, because good nutrition starts in your everyday kitchen, not in a consultation room.
The reason for this project is simple: in many countries, "nutrition coach" is not a protected professional title. Almost anyone can call themselves one. When you are looking for help, it is hard to tell solid qualifications from empty promises. That is exactly the gap we want to close.
How we verify
Coaches who want to become members submit proof of their qualification, for example a recognised certificate (in Germany, for instance, from DGE, VDD, VDOE or QUETHEB), a protected professional title such as registered dietitian, or a university degree in nutrition science. We review this proof personally. Only then is the profile activated and awarded our seal. The proof itself stays confidential and is never published.
In addition, we maintain a public directory with currently 3,097 entries compiled from publicly available sources. These entries are clearly marked as "listed" and carry no seal; 3 profiles are currently verified. If you find your own entry and would rather not be in the directory, you can have it removed at any time.
What we stand for
- Transparency: for every profile you can see whether it is listed or verified.
- Directness: you contact coaches directly, without us in between and without any referral fee.
- Honesty: we label nutrition facts as estimates, and you will not find healing promises here.
