Who can become a member?
Nutrition coaches with proof of qualification (certificate, diploma or similar). We review every document before a profile goes live.
I am already listed in the directory. Why become a member?
Listed entries only show basic data from public sources, as a blue dot on the map. As a verified member you get your own profile page with the seal, an inquiry form, recommendations, appointment booking and a link. We merge your existing entry into your profile.
How do recommendations get onto my profile?
In your account you find a personal invitation link. Send it to clients who want to recommend you. We look over every recommendation before it is published, then it appears on your profile.
What is the coach lounge?
An internal area for verified members only: exchange ideas with colleagues about practice, billing and marketing, send direct messages and find contacts for specialist questions and case referrals in the colleague directory.
How quickly will I be visible?
As soon as your payment is in and we have reviewed your document, usually within a few working days.
Will my address be shown publicly?
You decide how precisely your position appears: full address, street only without the house number, or just your city. Your qualification document always stays private.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. In your account you cancel with one click via the secure Stripe customer portal, effective at the end of the term.
