Frequently asked questions
How are these pancakes low in carbs?
Instead of wheat flour, the batter is made with almond flour and eggs. That cuts the carbs and makes the pancakes more filling.
Are these pancakes keto-friendly?
Made with almond flour, they contain very few carbs and fit well into a ketogenic way of eating.
Can I use oat bran instead of almond flour?
Yes. Oat bran makes the pancakes a little heartier and higher in fibre. Add a splash more liquid, as it absorbs more.
